waiter called Amanda at Pals Fire Station branch is spoiling your business, very rude and bad customer service, she's always grumpy making faces at customers and the supervisor, and runs away without delivering your order. Train her well

I like this place because you can get decent nyama choma right in the middle of town! If you just want to chill, you can sit at the balcony and just have bonesoup, with, say, a chapati. It's pay before you order though. Good place to take someone for an affordable lunch date. Can be crowded at times, could be hard to secure a table. Don't order their grilled steak... Though it looks fantastic as in the picture, It tastes like a burnt offering gone awry. Their Nyama Choma is just the best you can get out there.

The place is clean and organized with fresh air I enjoyed their goat liver with "Mbaazi Mukimo".and soup. Their service was fast and friendly. The meals are also affordable.
