  The most disgusting food. This restaurant used to be good when it was al imran plaza and run by Chinese. Now the food is terrible and the kitchen is absolutely disgusting

  What's with this restaurant? The first time, my hot and sour shredded potatoes were amazing. Then I reordered the exact same thing, and they put garlic in it! I complained, and their excuse was that the regular chef wasn't there. If your staff can't cook the same dish, take it off the menu! Today, I ordered the same potatoes and specifically asked them to leave out the green peppers they usually add. And what do I get? Carrots! It was an insulting amount of carrots, too. I waited an hour and paid for delivery just to get this pathetic dish—a bunch of carrots that aren't even supposed to be in it. It was like 80% carrots and 20% potatoes. I'm so frustrated. I get that every chef has their own way of cooking, but you don't completely change the entire recipe. Then they replaced the food, and I wasn't even told about their return policy. I just gave the carrots to my dog because they were inedible. To make things worse, the delivery person had the nerve to text me and accuse me of playing games. This restaurant is a complete disappointment, and their service is terrible.

  Oriented Chinese Restaurant is on 3rd Floor of Tuffoam Mall along Kenyatta Avenue Kisumu. The view of other buildings from 3rd Floor is awesome. The breeze is something else .. I first ordered chicken Biryani and what was served was lumps of rice decorated with fried onions and something that looked like minced chicken. Of course i rejected this coz ive taken Biryani before..in the same building butin a Restaurant that closed down...The waiter had to call the supervisor whose explanation didn't add up. I asked to order a different meal and she accepted. The sizzling prawns was well done. Served real sizzling..with chips.. The sauce was yummy.

  Amazing view. I couldn't stop taking pictures. Their chicken noodle soup was subpar, but their Cantonese chicken was superb. Their milkshakes and juice were also good. It wasn't crowded and the decor was nice. The staff was also friendly albeit a bit slow.

  The food is great! We have been eating here about 6 years, but they moved to the top floor of Tuff Foam Mall! Beef & Broccoli 🥦 is our favorite, along side the spring rolls. If you are used to Chinese food in America, this place is the only place in Kisumu we have found that knows how to cook it right! 👍 Also, there are pool tables and it's only 50shillings to play a game of pool! Just ask your server and he will get you your pool sticks, etc.
