    The restaurant is good. The food was okay, the service really nice, just a little strange that there's no menue cards. Instead they tell you what's available... The view from upstairs is really cool to sit and watch the busy seafront promenade.

    Food: based on one dish and it was average. I picked Shawarma and okay in a wrap. I asked for rice but she heard fries?? I asked for a menu but she said she had none. I should have ordered the grill fish but I had that for lunch elsewhere. Seating at top is super comfortable—nice wind and view. However, food was avg so I’ll give it a 3 star. Maybe other dishes are much better so try something else. On the plus it was affordable — under 500 KES for that plate and a coke so yeah, value is there.

    Best place in Lamu for food. Biriani, pilau and curries for lunch and delicious well spiced BBQ for dinner. With takeaway they offer a chilli sauce that totally reminds me of Frank's Red Hot back home. Very friendly staff and excellent service, even if it at times seems chaotic they are always in control. Not a single order failed and we visited at least once a day during our week in Lamu. Keep up the good work guys and gals.

    Quality food ,at an affordable price. Cool location, with a vast view of the ocean, boats, and Manda Island I love this place.

    I've been a regular customer at your restaurant during my time in Lamu, and everything has been fine until today. I ordered pilau, only to find a dead housefly in it. I sent someone to show you a picture, but instead of addressing the issue, you accused me of trying to damage your reputation and lying. What would I gain from tarnishing your name over a meal that cost 380/-??? What type of service do you run that you cannot be accountable? This is VERY disappointing.
