    There was a cockroach crawling out of my food. They make you pay before you order cause they know their delivery is bad. Service is terrible. Hygiene standards are low. Food is stale

    The reason I'm giving it a 3 it's because of the pizza. The pizza was a 10/10 loved it. But the burgers were disgusting. I'm a greedy person but the Texas burger was a huge 0/10. Couldn't even eat it. Worst combination ever. Would I come back yes for the pizza only.

    In terms of your service its very bad ...no way a waiter can present a menu to a customer and she leaves the table for you to make a decision on what to have ...she stays for 20 minutes not coming back to take the orders ..we decided to leave the hotel without being served ...talk to your waiters that is wrong ...and she is even not bothered even after seeing your packing your things to leave...we just left comfortably.

    I am a lennz pizza lover. One of the best if not the best pizza places in Nakuru. But the burgers oh my. The beef burgers are terrible. They are so soggy, and the patty has a very unpleasant smell and taste. Would not recommend the burgers at all but the pizza, my nunber 1 recommendation in Nakuru. Their shakes are also so nice.

    I ordered via Jumia food for home delivery and it was quite fast. One star down because the pieces of chicken on the pizza were too chunky (very big) and also I found a huge bone which was a bit disappointing because I thought they should use chicken fillet! They should improve on their pizza quality, it just felt like the items had been thrown on top and weren’t well thought out and they should also send out at least serviettes with their deliveries.
