  I’m extremely disappointed with my Today experience(04/01/2025) at this restaurant. I ordered the coconut fish, and it was clearly undercooked, with raw portions still visible. Shortly after eating, I developed a stomach ache, which I believe was caused by the poor food quality and the presence of insects in the dining area. What made the situation worse was the terrible customer service. When we raised our concerns, the chef was very rude and completely denied that the food was not cooked to proper standards, instead of taking responsibility or offering a solution. As a regular customer, this experience was shocking and unacceptable. I never expected such low standards of hygiene and professionalism. I strongly believe health officers should inspect this place as soon as possible to ensure customer safety.If it was possible to give to give zero standards to this restaurant i would.

  As a foreigner am dissatisfied with this place,l was walking around looking for a place to relax and from the outside it seemed okay.l ordered a cappuccino and it was terrible 😞,then l decided to try the beef stir fry(the menu said beef fillet strips)it was filled with fat and bones and it seemed like it was left over from a Nyama choma l think,the rice was terrible the spinach terrible 😔 even the soup 🍲 terrible.l told the waitress l can't eat this ,she went with my plate and it's 40 mins later l still have no response...it's a place to do some personal work but for food and beverage it's terrible ...l usually take an Uber to the Westlands but l thought to give the Jiji foods a chance...DO NOT EAT HERE,FOR YOUR HEALTH'S SAKE AND ALSO VALUE FOR MONEY.

  I had a disappointing experience at Jiji Foods in Kahawa Sukari. While I was still eating and engaged in conversation, the waiter came over and picked up my plate before I was done. She only asked whether I had finished after she was already holding my food. At that point, what was I realistically supposed to say? It was uncomfortable and quite embarrassing. The food itself doesn’t justify the prices. If you’re going to charge premium rates, the quality should match...and unfortunately, it didn’t. Overall, I’d give them 2 stars: average food and below‐standard customer service. There’s definitely room for improvement.

  Disappointing and Unhygienic Experience I had really good coffee here about three weeks ago, so I went back on Sunday, 9th November. Unfortunately, it was terrible this time. The coffee machine was broken, so I ordered a samosa instead. It was served hot but with no napkin, and I had to keep fighting off flies while eating. I also waited nearly 20 minutes before anyone attended to me and had to get up to ask for service.
