    The entitlement by some staff is outstanding, especially the pizza section; special mention would be Winny with the attitude. General cleanliness is extremely wanting, for an eatery; dirty tables and lack of hand-wash soap at the sinks. I would not spend an extra hard earned penny there. Customer service is paramount in any institution; maybe training of your staff would be a worthwhile investment

    Chicken Inn is perfectly seasoned and has a golden crust with a tender, juicy interior. the spicy chicken is crunchy and the service is great. it's a good place for non-vegetarian fast food similar to KFC. The app unfortunately isn't working, I couldn't order online so I had to come there physically.

    The food standards are comparable to Nairobi. You don't order spiced chicken only to get regular like they do in Kitengela. It's spacious on the upper deck, but the lower floor lacks waiting space. The service also strives to keep up with the order time
