Atleast I called the manager and informed him how substandard the service was! The Moroccan tea was served without a cookie(as advertised) it took nearly 10 -12 minutes to get an explanation. You can rate the samosa and the leaking seed oil. Service undiginifed!! We look forward to better services as they don't come cheap!!

I loved the ambience at Yaya's artcaffe. The Christmas decorations of golden big balls and white-blue strips of lights were beautiful to gaze at. The customer service was topnotch. The person who served me was friendly and anticipated my needs in advance. She also gave a helpful suggestion on the menu choice.

The food was tasty, and the drink was decent, though it could have had a bit more flavor. Our waitress was excellent. I gave this spot 4 stars instead of 5 because something felt slightly missing, perhaps the decor could be enhanced, even though the art pieces are absolutely stunning.

Artcaffé Yaya Centre has good coffee and friendly service, but the atmosphere and overall condition of the café could use some improvement. It’s still a nice spot for a quick coffee, just not the most comfortable place to sit and relax.
