  An absolute highlight of our trip to Kenya! Sir William’s restaurant is a true hidden gem. It is a family-run business, and Sir William himself is incredibly warm, welcoming, and friendly. You feel at home from the very first moment. The food was by far the best we had during our entire stay in Kenya: freshly caught fish from the same day, everything prepared fresh and with great care, perfectly seasoned and served in very generous portions. As a lovely surprise, we were even given a fresh fruit platter as a complimentary dessert. On top of that, the prices are very, very affordable for such outstanding quality. The value for money is simply unbeatable. Highly recommended — we will definitely come back again!

  Such a wonderful having dinner at sir William’s. He’s a fella from Tz so we had to supper him. Good samaki choma and wali Nazi and curry! Highly recommend if you’re in Diani. Hongera sana kaka!

  Had a great experience dining here. The food was delicious and the mango juice that I had with it was probably one of the best mango juices I've had my entire life. The food also came with several condiments and the hosts provided me with a complementary sideplate of fruit at the end of my meal, which was a really nice touch as well. Good prices too especially for the area, 10/10 would recommend the place to anyone visiting Diani. Good vibes from the hosts as well :)

  I was here in January 2025. I came based on reviews. Unfortunately, there weren't a lot of seafood options that day but I settled on snapper for 1000/- inclusive of fries. The place lacks ambience and the food does take time which was acceptable as I wanted fresh food. The food was tasty, however, when I turned the fish over, most of the flesh had been intentionally scraped off. Had I noticed before I started eating, I would have rejected it. When the bill came there was an extra 200/- added for the fries. After a lot of back and forth, they agreed to the 1000/- we had settled on to begin with. It's not a place I would recommend, neither would I ever go back.

  This is a small and intimate place to have a meal .It has a great ambience and fresh sea food . You can also talk to the chef and tell him your preferences. Customer service is top notch
