The only lake shared by Kenya, Uganda, and Tanzania, which is cool context. Half destroyed and polluted by locals, with overfishing out of control — horrific even without crocodiles. Come for the scale and significance, not pristine nature.

    Half destroyed/ polluted by locals in all countries... Overfishing is out of control too. Horrific, even without crocodiles. Anyway, still surrounded by many gorgeous places.
