Wonderful campsite with water and a very friendly, nice, professional camp manager. Guests can use the kitchen to cook in the common area. Super peaceful place for staying and hiking Mt. Kasigau with interesting history and surprising virgin forest on top. Basic but clean accommodation where food can be cooked by guests. Solo travelers extend stays because it feels so good.

    Wonderful campsite with water. Camp manager is very friendly, nice and professional. We were able to use kitchen to cook. There is a common area and we enjoyed our stay very much. The hike to mount kasigau is beautiful. Highly recommend.

    What a wonderful place to stay. I'm solo traveling with a motorbike and extended an extra night just because it felt so good. Chris really made it easy for me, and the service was charming to no end. If you're not into hiking, the bushes around compose a landscape hard to forget.

    Super peaceful place to stay and hike Mt.Kasigau. it has an interesting history and the virin forest on top is a surprising find. The accommodation is basic but clean. Food can be cooked by the guest or prepared on request. Beautiful sisal baskets are handmade in the area.

    Not your run of the mill accommodation but if you know the set up, outstanding. Eco bandas, chance to get away from it all and a superb way to be part of the countryside around Kasigau. We were brilliantly hosted too

    Excellent hike up Mount Kasigau with our guide Jackson, from the village. Amazing scenery and fauna on the way. A challenging 1000m climb over 7km of hiking, from approx 540m to 1540m. Some steep sections on the way. Fantastic section through the rain forest and clouds on the way to the top. Highly recommended.
