Nice hotel with clean rooms and a beautiful beach view. You can easily walk to the beach, and the morning view from the room is amazing. The restaurant food was good and the place is well maintained. At night, especially on weekends, the restaurant gets crowded with partying, drinking, and some hookah smoking—so it’s not ideal if you want a quiet stay. If you enjoy a lively vibe, it’s a good place to stay.

The food is good and well-prepared, and the beachside setting really adds to the experience. It’s a relaxed place, perfect for brunch, lunch, or a casual dinner while enjoying the ocean breeze.

Went here for Christmas with family. The Location is great, great beach front view. Pool area is also great. However the service was terrible. Took almost 2 hours to get food and 3 hours for drinks. Only for the waiters to tell us to go serve, buffet style and carry our own food 200 meters away. The lamb chops were undercooked...with blood oozing off it. They served us on paper plates like it was a toddler birthday party. Food was blown away cuz those paper plates couldn't hold. I wonder how such a beach front hotel would use paper plates and cups yet there's a beach we need to protect, I know nema doesn't approve. The head of client relations, Mohamed...tried to calm that fire from guests including us. He was attentive and took our complaints nicely. He refunded us two plates of food that had been blown away. Hopefully he raises these issues with management and they're looked into.

The service here is very poor. Although my girlfriend told a staff member we wanted to order, no one came 20 minutes later. When she then called reception, she was told there were so many guests; there were 11 guests, including us and three children. The staff then went first to the guests who arrived later and then to those who had already ordered, and one of them was on her mobile phone. After my girlfriend called again, no service staff came to us, even though there were four of them. After an hour, someone finally came without an order card. This was the second time we've received poor service at this establishment. It seems as if the staff has a problem with white people. Anyone who is white should probably avoid this place.

I had an amazing room right next to the beach—serene, rustic, and close enough to hear the waves from my room. The room was relatively clean, the service good, and the price better than most hotels in the area. None of the nearby hotels offer this kind of beach proximity. There’s also an on-site restaurant with decent food options. The only downside is that many non-guests come in during the evening, so it can get quite crowded.
