  Service is nice so is the location. Rooms are ok. The wifi works but the towels are itchy and the tv doesn't work.

  Located just a little outside of town. Easily accessible as it is about 200M from the main road. Has beautifully manicured lawns that would be ideal for outdoor activities and photography. Stayed in a double room that was spacious with a queen sized bed, 3 seats, a table and desk.They could do a better job cleaning the bathrooms as there was some mould in the grout between the tiles. The cabinets in the bathroom and room wall have some water damage. Breakfast is average with a selection of staples. The main meals are fairly good on the à la carte menu. They have a conference facility as well. The swimming pool is still under construction. Overall good value for money.

  Stayed here for 3 nights during a work event and found the hotel pleasant but missed the mark on a few things seeing as its supposed to be a luxury hotel. The rooms are good at face value as they are spacious, with a comfortable bed, tv, hot shower and full length mirror (a plus). My toilet was however not hinged to the floor and kept moving and the shower water not flowing as it should. I noticed insects moving around the furniture (not a good look), the cupboard drawer had no handle, my room phone was plugged in but not working, the extension cable was broken even if functional and a part of the wall showed moisture damage. The breakfast and lunches we had were average however I noticed this was because they were buffet. The supper which was a la carte was well done on my part. They however got my order wrong on two occasions. Their conference facilities are good with good tea and snacks but no sweets offered (just a difference from the norm). I would however recommend staying here for its beautiful manicured lawns and the homely feel it has.

  It is a nice and quiet place that has a lot to offer. Good food, nice scenery and good service. It is internationally acknowledged as it hosts clients from all over the world. Not professional to the par but it's getting there. It is still a work in progress and I'm sure the final product will be a wonder. A conducive place to hold conferences and events like weddings, bachelor parties, conferences and any other fun activities. I like it.

  Great potential but feels like work in progress. Spacious rooms, great front desk service. Room needs to be filled up, some kettle for tea/coffee to sip while relaxing, being that they have great seats for lounge. And some bathroom stuff. And a good breakfast but could do with some variety. Special shout-out to Joyce who took great care of my stay.
