Perched on a hilltop with big rooms and clean beds overlooking the Mara, this lodge sits at the end of a backbreaking road that's worth it for the view alone. Food options are moderate but the quick descent into the reserve makes up for it.

    This lodge is quite far from the city and the road conditions are bad. Rooms are fine but there is a big issue regarding the water supply in the washroom. Each room has a good view. The quality and options of food are moderate. Staff behaviour is very cordial.

    The hotel is located on the top of the hill forming the western boundary of Masai Mara rift valley. Good views.Good rooms.Food was reasonable.Service is good.Wi fi only at reception. One has to travel up to the resort in their vehicle.Only one vehicle was available at our visit so it was time consuming to come up and go down. It is located quite far from the Mara river bridge gate.

    Above all this place is amazing.. The air is so clean, it's so serene.. The service and hospitality is overall great. They are very clean and hygienic. The beds were very comfortable and clean. The food was good and they have an amazing viewpoint to see the mara landscape. I highly recommend people to visit.

    The drive to the Lodge was backbreaking. The food selection barely palatable and minimal. The rooms were comfortable but housekeeping poor. The redeeming features of the place are a good view of the Mara and and a quick descent into the reserve. Being friendly does not compensate for poor support and bad access roads. If you stay here budget 2 hours extra travel time to any destination.

    Beautiful lodge with big rooms that were clean with a beautiful view overlooking the Mara. The food was excellent and the staff was very accommodating. By the end of the safari we had seen the big 5. This lodge exceeded our expectations and we plan to go back next year.
