  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent Stay and Outstanding Service – Highly Recommended Our stay at PrideInn Mara Camp exceeded all our expectations. Upon arrival, my mother was initially assigned a room quite far from the reception. She has mobility issues, and the staff were incredibly understanding and responsive. Joseph, Sialo, Sylvia, and Anne acted immediately and rearranged the accommodations so my mom could have a room much closer to the reception. Their kindness, professionalism, and willingness to help truly stood out. The food was excellent throughout our stay. A special thank you to Martin and Millie, who were assigned to our table — they were attentive, friendly, and made every meal a pleasant experience. The rooms were beautiful, clean, and very comfortable. The following day, the staff also helped us reorganize our accommodations so that all of us could stay closer together. We were a group of 4 with three rooms booked, and they handled everything smoothly and efficiently. Our safari experience was absolutely unforgettable. Our guide, Norman, picked us up in Nairobi, took us on a two-day safari, and safely returned us to Nairobi afterward. Thanks to his expertise, we were lucky enough to see the Big Five and many more animals. Norman was knowledgeable, professional, and made the entire journey enjoyable and memorable. Overall, everything about our stay — from accommodations and food to service and the safari experience — was exceptional. We truly felt cared for every step of the way. We highly recommend PrideInn Masai Mara and would gladly return in the future.

  Very nice place to stay. Clean, rooms are uptidate. Pleople are awesome, frindly and humble. Dinning, Breakfast, dinner and lunch was excellent service. Anderson, promise, merry, Ambani and cook were so humble and friendly and helpful. Very nice service. Overall everone was awesome. Recommend everyone to stay at this place.

  Fantastic location as we stayed here for 2 nights during our safari. The rooms are spacious but have no heat or cooling so at the end of a warm day, expect your room to be hot. Mattresses were exceptional abs hot water is available fast from the shower. The front desk staff is very friendly and accommodating, while the wait staff is another story. Very slow to fill drink orders and hard to find available. The buffet was very average at best with a lot of the food was not at the desired temperature you may come to expect. It is extremely close to the safari drive and hot air balloon sites.

  Our stay at Pride Inn Mara was exceptional! The services were top-notch, the team was warm and welcoming, and the rooms were very spacious and comfortable. The meals were well-curated and delicious. A special mention to Millie at the restaurant, she went above and beyond to make sure we were well taken care of. Her attentiveness, friendliness, and understanding of every guest’s needs made our experience truly memorable. Highly recommended!

  What an incredible stay we had at PrideInn Mara. We loved our cottage which had comfortable beds, great shower, and a nice terrace - it had everything we needed. The property is in a good location where you can see a lot of animals (baboons, black-faced monkeys, mongoose, and so many different birds) and it is also inside the park. The buffet always had good food and we enjoyed all of our meals. The staff are amazing and some of the friendliest, kindest people. Special shout out to Edison, Brenda and our guide/driver Alfred! They assisted us during our whole 3 day/2 night stay and we have all become close as they made us feel like we are friends. I will definitely stay here again just to see them. They have shown us acts of kindness that we appreciated so much. The game drives with Alfred were great, he is truly knowledgeable and an expert in his field. Our stay was very relaxing and memorable. Thank you so much, PrideInn!
