  Staff are helpful and polite. Rooms are clean but not very well maintained. It's a disaster if you want to leave early as you cannot find anyone to let you out. If there was an emergency there could be a real problem. Management is obviously not concerned.

  My husband and I had a wonderful time at Outback. Biggest short out to the Service personnel and mostly to Robert who took care of us during our stay. He gave us recommendations on where to go and what to do around the resort. He also helped us fix our flat tire which we got during our escapedes which we enjoyed alot. A 5+++ goes to Robert. The resort is in a very quite Serene environment very good for unwinding, mostly if you live in densely populated areas. The rooms are Standard and very clean and well organised. Cleaning personel is top notch. The food could be more vegan friendly. There is alot of meat on the menu. After eating meet for two days straight, would be nice to have a worthwhile vegan option like githeri( I love githeri). Breakfast Was perfect. Especially for me because they always tailored it to my needs. They have a large swimming pool and places around to child if you don't want to swim, it was too chilly for us to swim. Extra activities within the premises would be nice. Especially for guests who want to remain in the resort during their whole stay. Pool, darts, Archery, board games etc. Just simple cosy activities. There are however so many places to hike/walk. Two small lakes/dams are nearby and a small hill. There are Zebras and Antelopes nearby which you meet if you take a walk or a drive. Neighbour in the village are very friendly and always open for engagement ( if you remain respectful of their spaces.) All in all we will be back.

  Visited over Jamhuri weekend....rooms were clean and basic...food was nothing special but it was adequate.To avoid delays on food order early .They have a limited menu. Breakfast was good.The pool was clean .Justus was particularly helpful and welcoming.

  Rooms are too basic for that price! It's literally a bed and desk for about $100! No value for money at all! If I could rate the room anything less than 1-star, I would! Bathroom had a weird smell that wouldn't go away even with the windows open. Bad experience all round! Definitely will not go back or recommend to anyone, including my worst enemy!

  Generally good enough. The environment is serene, great views, awesome slow drive from the main road. The food unfortunately took a very long time to be served after ordering, it was already cold by the time it reached the table, everyone was too hungry to focus on its quality anyway. The beds are good, permanently integrated into the structure, however, the headrest is rough concrete cast, so, you can easily get a scratch - maybe they should smoothen this part. The breakfast was great though, and we enjoyed the day. Didn't get to enjoy the swimming pool as the day started cold, with a cold swimming pool, but may attempt another take, hopefully they fix their service time.
