My family and I had an absolutely amazing stay at Kifaru House. The entire staff was warm, welcoming, and friendly. The cottages were beautiful, comfortable, and well appointed (comfortable beds and chairs, amazing showers that were a dream after a long day, and I appreciated the thoughtful touch of fresh flowers). The entire property was so gorgeous, with beautiful views of the conservancy. As I mentioned, the entire staff was wonderful. They were attentive and kind and made sure every one of our needs were met. Especially our guide Philip, who was incredible. He was so knowledgeable about the bush and the animals, and made sure we got the most out of each of our game drives. He was so friendly and good-natured and made us feel like old friends. Lewa is truly heaven on earth. Compared to other parks we went to, Lewa was definitely the most peaceful and quiet, which made us feel even more connected to the animals and the landscape. Don’t hesitate to book a stay here. You won’t regret it!

My stay at Kifaru House was exceptional from start to finish. The entire experience felt thoughtful, warm, and deeply connected to the spirit of the conservancy. Our guide, Philip, was incredible. His knowledge of the wildlife, the ecosystem, and the conservancy’s conservation efforts added so much depth to every game drive. The wildlife viewing was extraordinary. The conservancy itself is vast and alive with animals, and we were able to observe them up close in a way that felt both respectful and unforgettable. I learned so much about the fragile ecosystem and the important work being done to protect it. The staff and service were outstanding. Every interaction was friendly, intuitive, and perfectly timed. The manager was kind, welcoming, and wonderful to talk with. Her deep experience across Africa added an insightful and personal touch to my stay. My room exceeded all expectations. The décor was exactly as shown online, yet even more beautiful in person. The space was large, elegant, and incredibly comfortable, with every amenity thoughtfully considered. The bed was heavenly, and the bathroom featured a gorgeous tub and a stunning outdoor shower. My room butler, James, was exceptionally kind and attentive. The food was remarkable throughout my stay. Each meal felt like a celebration with beautiful presentation, vibrant flavors, and an impressive variety of dishes. It became something to genuinely look forward to each day. One of the most memorable moments was the bush breakfast. At the end of our morning game drive, we arrived at a breathtaking clearing to find a full “Out of Africa” breakfast waiting. It was elegant, heartfelt, and beyond anything I have experienced in the wilderness. The attention to detail made it truly special, and it is a memory I will always carry with me. Kifaru House is a rare gem. Every aspect of the stay felt thoughtful, refined, and deeply meaningful. It is an experience I will never forget. Asante sana to everyone at Kifaru!!

An absolutely mind-blowing incredible family safari experience. Everything about Kifaru House - from the accommodations, to the food, to the staff - was impeccable. The pool overlooking the plains proved a welcome mid-day break for our kids after a morning game drive and before an evening game drive. The guides were out-of-this-world: knowledgeable, warm and welcoming, and each had an uncanny ability to find the things you only dream about when you safari in Africa. An absolutely A+ experience all around.

We have had a super time at Kifaru House. It has been a perfect holiday - all the staff are so friendly, kind and welcoming. The common areas are very comfortable and our two rooms really clean with very comfortable beds. The warm showers are great. Game drives were really good - Mike was an excellent spotter and driver. He was knowledgeable and kind, helping us find all manner of animals and birds. Caroline really looked after us during our meals - all of which were really tasty. Thank you to all the staff for helping create wonderful memories.

The Kifaru House is definitely a place you and your loved ones will want to experience! The rooms were large and comfortable and they had all the little touches that made this property make for an amazing stay. Meanwhile I can’t say enough for the level of service; from the warm welcome to clean wash clothes on your arrival and even hot water bottles in your bed during the cool evenings. We highly recommend this beautiful safari location! Also tons of animals and great education on the conservancy and the extent they go to insure your experience is natural and incredible!
