  Tufaha has set the standards for the rest of the year's destinations! A hidden gem, and it is very clear someone really made an effort to develop such a beautiful destination. My 3 days there are the best of the year so far. Thanks to all the staff for their excellent service. Special mention to Ruth for being patient and helpful and James for such a positive attitude and excellent understanding of all games.

  Our family had an absolutely wonderful stay at Tufaha Resort in Nanyuki. We were a large group, and despite making some last-minute changes, the staff and management were incredibly accommodating and flexible. They truly went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and stress-free. What really stood out was their level of care and attentiveness. Both the staff and management checked in on us frequently to make sure we had everything we needed and that we were enjoying our stay. They even helped organize a last-minute game drive to Ol Pejeta Conservancy, which turned out to be one of the highlights of our trip. From the warm hospitality to the exceptional service, Tufaha Resort made us feel genuinely welcomed and well taken care of. We are very grateful for the effort they put into making our family stay so memorable, and we would highly recommend this resort to anyone visiting Nanyuki—especially families or large groups. We would happily stay here again!

  Tufaha is a beautiful restaurant and resort nestled in the highlands of Nanyuki. While the main downside is the access road — it’s off-road with a long, rough murram stretch that can be quite tedious — the experience once you arrive makes the journey worthwhile. The resort itself is very ambient, quiet, and serene. When we visited, there weren���t many people around, which made the stay even more enjoyable and peaceful. The rooms were lovely — very spacious, self-contained, and equipped with a bathtub, which was a great touch and added to the comfort of the stay. The food was good overall, though I do feel the service could be improved. The staff was friendly and welcoming, but there’s room for growth in terms of professionalism and table etiquette. That said, Tufaha is a beautiful place with a calm atmosphere and great accommodation, and overall, we had a pleasant experience. It’s definitely worth visiting if you’re looking for a peaceful getaway in Nanyuki.

  Tufaha Resort, Nanyuki, is truly a hidden gem. From the moment we arrived, the tranquility and beautiful ambience set the tone for a perfect getaway. The studios are exceptionally clean, classy, and well-maintained, offering true 5-star comfort and treatment. The food was fresh from the farm, delicious, and thoughtfully prepared, while the games and entertainment were simply amazing—and the heated pool, there was something for everyone to enjoy. What truly stood out was the hospitality: warm, caring reception, always accompanied by inviting smiles that made us feel right at home. Tufaha Resort is an ideal destination for both family and friends. Special kudos to the manager, Kiptum, for his hands-on approach, ensuring everything ran smoothly and for genuinely connecting with the guests. We had an incredible experience and will definitely be back again.

  Tufaha Resort is a hidden gem! This was a rare occurrence where the pictures of the Resort matched the real deal. It's beautiful place, that gave us the boutique hotel experience. The rooms were clean! Beautiful layout for the studio and they had terraces so big you could host a party. The main building and restaurant were cozy, having the right ratio of comfort and warmth in all the guest spaces. At the restaurant we were treated to a fine dining experience every night and proper buffet every morning. Our 1st night meal portions were small but as soon as we said it, the chef adjusted the servings every other night. Thanks Chef! The staff listened and attended to our needs. Special thanks to Joy, Ruth, Elizabeth, Dorcas and Kezia who made our booking and accommodation so seamless. And the whole staff for restoring our faith in customer service.
