This was a spectacular stay. I enjoyed every bit of it. Waking up to Mt Kenya in the horizon was a dream. The staff were also particularly helpful and so friendly. Special shout out to Michael, Paul, and Benson.

I loved that the staff were warm to all guests. The attention to detail by the reception, wait staff, chef and housekeeping was amazing. We really enjoyed our stay. We also loved the array of activities that we had for the 3 days and in particular enjoyed the horse ride in the conservancy. Shout out to the GM-Veronique who welcomed us and was very warm to us and all the staff in particular Agnes, Nuno, Darrel, John at the stables, Elizabeth at the bar/restaurant, housekeeping team and many others that we interacted with.

THe hotel set up is extremely perfect and comfortable. We did enjoy the stay. The staff and everyone else was just more than welcoming. A surprise änniversary"room set-up, the cake slice, decoration, was wonderful. We shall definely come back to the hotel, this time, with the kids

We stayed two nights and we had an amazing experience, all around, value for money. The property is upgraded and maintained to a very high standards, it is lush green, both nature and maintained. The hospitality is spot on, ask and it will be provided. I believe the leader on the ground exactly knows what is important for the guest. It takes half a ring and the phone is picked, our request was sorted out under five minutes. The restaurant layout during Xmas eve and the buffet spread was amazing. I am sure these standards will be maintained. I am glad we didn't travel to Dubai and Mauritius, we decided to take Holiday in Kenya. Kudos to the team!

I chose Mount Kenya Safari Club because I wanted a truly special experience — I proposed to my long-time girlfriend here. The entire experience surpassed every expectation. From the very beginning, the booking and planning process was seamless. Omondi was an absolute gem. He went above and beyond to help me figure out the how, where, and even offered thoughtful suggestions on the proposal itself. Thanks to him, everything went perfectly — we even managed to capture the proposal on camera organically, which made it even more special. The stay itself was nothing short of magical. The room was exquisite, the meals were incredible, and every detail was handled with so much care. Everything felt perfect. We left with memories that will truly last a lifetime.
