  I visited this hotel yesterday and really enjoyed the experience. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and the live band created such a great vibe. The swimming area was clean and enjoyable, and the attendants including the reception staff were all very polite and friendly. I’d definitely recommend it for a nice day out.

  I recently booked my guests, who were non-residents, at Warwick Hotel Nanyuki for two nights, and unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing. The staff appeared completely demotivated and often took a long time to attend to them. The level of service was far below what one would expect from a hotel charging over $200 per night. The meals were terrible — my guests had to supplement with food from the supermarket just to get by. To make matters worse, the place was noisy, and they could barely get any sleep on the second night. For such high rates, the hotel offers no value for money. Even much cheaper establishments provide better service, food, and hospitality. As a tour operator, I strongly advise avoiding this place. Your clients will not get the experience they deserve, and it will reflect poorly on your service.

  I recently brought a group of 54 guests for a 2-night stay at Warwick Hotel Nanyuki, and the experience was excellent! Service: The team went above and beyond to ensure everyone was comfortable and happy. Rooms: Clean, spacious, and well-prepared for our large group. Staff: Friendly, professional, and always ready to assist with a smile. Swimming Pool: A highlight for many of our guests — clean, well-maintained, and perfect for relaxation. Bar Area: Great ambiance with a good selection of drinks, making it an enjoyable spot to unwind. Events Ground: Spacious and well-kept, ideal for group activities and gatherings. Overall, my group truly enjoyed their stay, and I’m looking forward to coming back again.

  We had a fantastic dining experience at. The food was delicious, the service was excellent, and the ambiance was warm and inviting.
