Very professional welcome with beautiful, spacious rooms that are neat and clean. Clinton at reception makes birthday dinners exceptional, and Liz at concierge makes your stay wonderful with genuine care. Only hot showers available with no lukewarm option, and the ambience is great despite the cold.
