Location near the Equator is the only positive — multiple reviewers report extremely dirty rooms with spider webs, no hot water or shower pressure, no mosquito nets, and a rude Indian owner who came screaming to one guest's room on the first evening. There's a curfew, you have to dine in their restaurant only, and the owner's cow grazes in the garden which tells you everything.
