Limited parking but safe. Rooms basic, no fan, hot and stuffy ,in need of maintenance. Breakfast OK OK for overnight stay

The whole place can only be described as run down but the price reflects that. (call and ask directly) It's also very close to the place where the Matatus stop. Also the staff is willing to help the guests so it's a good alternative for backpackers and other undemanding travelers.

Dirty, dirty, dirty. Premise is neglected & place hasn't been renovated since it was opened. The reception stinks because of unattended washrooms. The white beddings & towels in the rooms are brownish, & the mosquito nets are full of squashed bugs.

The place is disappointingly run down from the beautiful place it used to be. Acutely so. A single TV channel runs thro the cabling for all to share the same content. No variety. My bathroom was a disappointment. Leaking toilet plumbing to a bathing area that becomes flooded. Thank you for the lift though

I have been here for the last 3 days and am supposed to be is Isiolo until Saturday. Your rooms are well organized and the services super cool especially from the accomodations department but you have a big problem in your club and kitchen (the cook). This club is too noisy until around 2:30am_ 3:00am, I tried asking them last night if they can reduce that too much loud music but my request wasn't considered at all. How do you expect us to sleep at 3am and we wake up to work the at 8:00am? Am so annoyed right now since am so sleepy, I even had to cancel my early meeting since I can't even concentrate!, Also, you cook need to change his attitude, you can't be service half cooked beef and if we complain, the cook insists that the meat is well cooked! The rest of your services are great...
