  I'm a fluent customer at this place have noticed unprofessionalism among the employees but I couldn't talk.Thank God now for the name tags ,three is this waitress Joyce she's always grumpy, she has served me several time so I can't say that she always has a bad day atakuuzia na attitude she will take eternity to bring what she said is ready ,another day she served me and went back murmuring in kikamba not knowing I'm a kamba again she billed me without a receipt i was soo tired to argue I just believed and paid I don'tthink I ever want to step my foot there again,if this what customer experience you can only imgn how many have walked away silently,,,never recommend

  Always wanted to stop by and today I did. Underwhelmed is an understatement. The service is just bad, very local staff who are just lazy even how they walk, talk to you, time taken to bring a menu, like you have to ask for literally everything. Our food took an hour plus, never mind we had asked for what she said is ready. The drinks came 30mins after the food and we sat at the upper deck where there was no waiter in waiting that you can send to even get you water coz the way I was thirsty🤦🏻‍♀️. After finishing our food, we sat with the dirty plates for some amount of time before they could collect. Take away order was mixed up with someone else’s and the chef had to come request for an exchange.... I could go on and on.....the location though is nice and the owner has done a good job with the ambience

  The aesthetics of the place are very nice. There are a few things that could be improved: upon arrival its not clear where the entrance to the hotel is as there is no sign and since I arrived in the rain, going in and out of the restaurant was annoying. There's isn't a clear hotel reception and the entrance for the hotel is different from the restaurant. The askari doesn't speak english, which is understandable, but he could have just said that instead of pretending to understand. Because of the rain all of the tables got wet. If the owner installed plastic sheets on the side that can be put down during the rain would help. The rooms are quite cute for the price. The only issue is that there isn't wifi in all but one room which took us a while to find. The wifi password isn't in the room so I had to put my clothes back on, and go to the restaurant to get the password. They could have all the wifi networks with the same name and password but each is different for no explicable reason. Since they have a hotel it would be good if they had a breakfast menu or even better for great service ask the guests what time they want to eat the next morning and what they'd like so that we are disappointed by no fruit for breakfast. The table sauces could be improved. Peptang isn't really the right sauce for this price point of food. There was a small pebble in my samosa. In the room, the bright light from the hall comes into the room at night. The room desk is very wobbly. And the chairs in the restaurant and rooms are designed for aesthetics not for ergonomics: the back of the chairs comes to an angle against the natural angle of the human back and so cuts into the sitters back. Being on the highway there is a lot of road noise, but that's unavoidable, just for potential customers to be aware of. I get the feeling the owner is a telephone entrepreneur. If they spent more time at their hotel/restaurant and stayed in every room for at least a night then these details would be taken care of.

  Nice looking place. You can see the owner had put in some thoughts into putting up the place. What made the experience bad is the customer service, slow and uncoordinated. The upper part is quite hot because of the kitchen below, the owner should have considered putting up a concrete floor to absorb the heat.
