I paid for 2 nights stay together with 3 of my colleagues. Unfortunately, when we got there, the place was closed and the provided phone was not going through. There was nobody to assist us and we had to look for alternative accommodation. It has been frustrating following up on refund 6 weeks down the line.

Great accommodation with a lovely view over the hill and Maralal town. Manager and staff were very friendly and made sure we enjoyed our stay! Great food!

Be aware: this place is a scam. We booked after reading the reports and when we got there, we payed at the "reception" (if you can call it that) and went to the "rooms". These were extremely dirty, including spider nets everywhere AND huge spiders running free, filthy beddings, grimy "showers" and I can keep going, you get it. We concluded the site is closed and they open when some people book (at 160 euros per night) and dont even bother cleaning. I requested to.have our money back and I was ready to call the police; they quickly accepted and at least we got 1 day back (we payed 2). DONT GO.

Really fantastic stay here. Note: Google takes you the WRONG WAY. Call the hotel, or hire a boda driver to lead you, or use ‘satellite view’ in google maps to spot the main driveway entrance. It’s worth it! Great room, comfy bed, helpful and friendly staff, English speaking manager, beautiful view over the city from our room, comfortable temps and breeze because it’s located on top of a hill. The food was also excellent and prepared fresh for each meal. We planned to stay for one night, and actually stayed for three. Highly recommend!
