    I always use this hotel on my way to Marsabit. After having left Nairobi at 5:30am, I'm usually at this hotel around 8:30am. I make a stop over for breakfast. However, during my last trip I was disappointed as no breakfast was ready at that time. Every item on the menu was not ready. I had to look for another eating joint.

    Would not Recommend. Sleep at your own Risk. Its very unfortunate that my spouce & I took breakfast there on the morning of 30th Dec 2023. Which later resulted in food poisoning which we were both admitted in hospital. I am so frustrated yesterday I was very unwell, You should be mindful of food you serve customers, some of your customers are even more sensitive like me I am about 29weeks preganant with food poisoning... I highly regret getting accomodation at your hotel mind you we paid 6,000 bed and breakfast for room 202. I discourage any person from ever using this hotel either for meals or accomodation. Do it at your own risk if you eant to spend the night in hospital due to food poisoning.

    Best service, welcoming staff. The customer service at the reception makes you feel at home. Clean room, variety to choose, some have bath tub and special soaps for your bubbles incase you want to sink in. Meals 👌 Immediate you arrive in town, it's right there. Space for secure parking. Breakfast, fresh, you order they prepare they bring.

    The room is okay and it looks quite clean. However there are some issues. The food is appalling and I can't stress that enough. I had chicken and chips, the amount of chicken probably wouldn't of filled a matchbox however there were enough bones to fill a shoe box, what chicken that was there was tough as old boots. What I did like is the staffs attitude, they were really nice and helpful.
