  Really good experience here. The rooms are neat and tidy. Service is top notch. Don't have a negative reason to give here. Its away from the main highway in nanyuki so it's peaceful and quiet. Can stargazz in the night. It's super cold though so keep that in mind.

  Our stay from 27th to 29th Dec 2025 was fantastic from checking in, breakfast dinner the room, the massage i had everything was good. The staff was accommodating to our love of tea. All the staff were great from reception, bartender, waiters and especially Sidi and Ruth. We will recommend to others and we will be back.

  Our experience started off well we were warmly received at the gate and spa, and the masseuse did an excellent job. Since there was only one masseuse on shift, we went in one after the other. While waiting, my friend had a meal at the restaurant and was served by a friendly waitress. When I was done, I joined her as she was finishing her meal, and we decided to take a few photos. That’s when it was relayed by same waitress that taking photos in the restaurant was not allowed snd "the boss was watching on CCTV". There was no sign anywhere prohibiting photos, and we were not photographing the restaurant but ourselves in the restaurant. We made a complaint at the reception and insisted on being addressed by the manager/boss, but we were told they were not on-site and were instead monitoring us remotely 😆. Is there a specific code of conduct in the restaurant? If so, why is it not displayed anywhere for guests to see? By the way, was this boss also watching in the massage room? And is there a certain amount guests are expected to spend to be eligible to enjoy their stay fully? I didn't visit your premises for surveillance and indignity. Guests deserve transparency, respect, and dignity.

  Excellent service: Friendly, professional staff; personalized touches like thank-you cards and cake on departure . Clean & spacious rooms, well‐decorated interiors, private bathrooms, DSTV/Zuku, work desks, minibars, balconies, soundproofing . Nice pool & gym: Good-sized facilities; gym has basics and aerobics; pool includes kids’ area and on-site lifeguard . Well‐maintained gardens, kids’ play areas, spa/massage/steam bath offering top-rated treatments .

  This place is the epitome of cleanliness and great customer service. The location is absolutely amazing, the most beautiful hotel I have ever stayed in my life - such greenery and garden around - well maintained. Breakfast and dinner complementary, Food is so good, choices are wide spread , made to order and served hot and fresh. I’ll definitely visit Nanyuki again just to stay here and have a slow day , reading and relaxing in the midst of these gardens.
