  I just need to vent a little bit because of some of the experiences I've had today. First of the customer service was bad, really bad especially during this time of year. For context it's christmas day and I understand that this resort is going to be busy but there is only so much patience one can have when your food arrives two hours late. Speaking of food; Food was somewhat okay. This only applies to the breakfast and dinner btw. Lunch, however was bad especially when you order it at the restaurant around this time of year. Not only will it come late but it would also be undercooked. Then again there not that many cooks in this place to accomodate the large amount of customers vistiting especially today during the festive season. As for the breakfast and dinner I'm only saying somewhat okay cause as good as the food was it was incredibly scarce. Each day it feels like a warzone, a survival for the fittest because of how scarce the food was. I don't know if the issue was with the stock or the cooks not preparing the food adequately or if the they underestimated the demand for certain foodstuffs and the total amount of guests available. The dining room and the building its unded looked good though. I wish I would say the same about the building where the rooms are. This brings me to the building which, I mean, when it came to designing it, then why did you make them look like typical Nairobi/Nairobi metropolitan area apartments. Usually hotels and resorts are designed to not look look like your usual apartments; not to mention that the greenery and overall greenspaces were literally not there. The rooms are good. The shower was great. Nothing much to write about there. The floor, the Wi-fi and electricity, though, not so much. The location was not good either. Too many planes passing by because of the airstrip not far from here. Not to memtion by virtue of the place being too crowded, finding peace and tranquility was quite the task. They really need to change/ improve their brand. They need to change certain things especially the bad ones as mentioned in this review, otherwise people who want peace, tranquility, green spaces and customer service won't really be coming here.

  The service is great but food is bad. My entire team had food poisoning but it was termed an isolated incident. The internet is also very shaky.

  The hotel offers excellent conference facilities, making it ideal for business events and meetings. The grounds are beautifully maintained, providing a relaxing and scenic environment. The staff are exceptionally friendly and attentive, ensuring a welcoming and comfortable stay. Highly recommended for both business and leisure.
