Waiters are few and hard to track ..management needs to engage more staff of introduce a way of getting services promptly, they could consider a bell that is connected to each table...my thoughts otherwise food, ambience, swimming pool, drinks, good 👍

Very nice place, but poor service.. There’s a particular waiter called Emmanuel, he is so unwelcoming, rude and disorderly.. My order took almost 2hours and when we asked him he said “ati receipt imepotea”

I will give this one a five star rating..Great reception, clean and comfortable rooms..I also loved that they have other activities like a swimming pool and a place for kids.. Its a great getaway, I will highly recommend💯

Visited Eastern Ark Hotel for late lunch with my family and was impressed by the reception we received from the Manager Mr. Wilson, he made sure we were comfortable and made a follow up when we were leaving about our experience. That's the true definition of customer service. The waiter who served us Purity was also very good her job and very timely with the orders. I will definitely be back. I highly recommend.

We had a very good time at Eastern Ark hotel. We really appreciate how each detail was handled with precision and care. The service team went over and beyond our expectations and it was such a beautiful night. Special thanks to Allan and Wilson. The food was a highlight; delicious and the portions very generous. You guys literally overfed us and we are grateful 😊. The rooms are clean and the beds veeery comfortable. The go-kart: very affordable and fun. The swimming pool: very clean and large enough. Overall, it was value for money and we will come back soon.😊
