The taps in the room leak when oppened, showers don't heat very well and water spills on the floor when you shower even with closed barriers no mat or towel on the floor to prevent accidental fall on the wet tiled floor. Rooms are very cold, but there's an extra in blanket

Was here for a conference and found it really decent. Customer service was amazing. The rooms were nice too. Generally, Beisa is a good place to stay. Nanyuki is cold and carrying warm clothing would make the stay a bit more comfortable.

Are you pressured or constantly have bad dreams? I tell you that the bed and environment of Beisa give good dreams and reset you well for a better day, waking up feeling nice and refreshed. It's somehow comfortable at a different level.
