Huge rooms with big comfortable beds, good mattress, and great breakfast — the owner's son personally drove one sick guest to get medical attention, which shows genuine care. Joan at reception is friendly, Omosh and Yvonne at the bar have excellent service, but some rooms have no windows, no hot water in morning, and dinner buffet was bad.

    Excellent service and warm hospitality! The rooms were comfortable, and the breakfast was great. I fell ill during my stay, and the owner’s son personally drove me to get medical attention a truly kind and thoughtful gesture. Highly recommend this place for both comfort and genuine care.

    Our room has no outside windows, no hot water in the morning, and no hair dryer. The bed was soft and the service was friendly. The dinner buffet was bad.

    Excellent service, good food. Good mattress. Maybe they could improve their beer availability by having colder beers; they were a little warm.

    Rooms were huge with big beds. It was neat and comfortable. They also have a good restaurant in the first floor. Staff are very humble and helpful. Only issue faced was the plug points in the room was behind the bed and it was difficult to use.

    I really had a great stay in this Hotel, it might be slightly expensive depending on the location but it was worth it. The Staff are very friendly from the Security Guard who ushered us with an Umbrella to the reception since it was raining. Joan at the reception was so friendly and caring and was always checking on us. The house keeping and room service staff were efficient whenever you needed anything. Omosh and Yvonne at the bar are the best when it comes to service. We will definitely go back, we really had an amazing stay.
