  Great ambience with amazing ocean views. The food is amazing with a big and clean swimming pool with safety guards who also train new swimmers and kids. Very friendly staff. I highly recommend.

  The rooms are in a world of their own...spacious, clean and with modern amenities The service is decent, from reception to the room, you feel taken care of...the food is goood...a large swimming pool for those who love swimming... The location tops all, you are literally at the beach...

  We travelled as a family of 3 adults + 3 children and stayed in the penthouse. The property has great potential, and might have been great in the past, but is currently needs a lot of TLC. As Evelyn said in her review, which management has discounted as false, we noticed the following: - Nice wooden beds which can hold mosquito nets, but there were no mosquito nets. - Two of three beds had very thin mattresses - very nice views of the ocean from the house, but the windows had not been cleaned in a very long time. - a huge balcony to watch the sunset and sunrises and the ocean, but poor quality and few furniture. - the housekeeping team say they cleaned up after the previous guests checked out, but we found used soap on the floor. To make it worse, we were not issued with new bathing soap ourselves. We made the booking on AVIOS - British Airways points system - under Ndlovu. It was the only available facility on that sight for our dates. Management, rather than disputing our comments, please upgrade your facility so that it can deserve it's rating🙏🏽

  The bathroom lights don't work. There is alot of water damage. The window nets are torn and the shower is disgusting. The TV does not work properly. The room was dirty when we came, we found soap on the shower floor and it was so dirty, they call it a " family friendly " place but the seats couldn't even fit 5 people and the restaurant didn't have a child seat. Beds are tiny. I wish we just went to the indigo vibe cafe next to it. Don't expect to see me here again.
