  Its an okay mall. They have a really nice food court. The layout is very friendly for visitors, which is a bonus.

  Quite a few good shops .. Well stocked fresh fruit and veg at Naivas. They have a prepared food counter and an in house cafe.... Loads of freshly made fruit juices and smoothies.For those who are in the booze .. Naivas has a separate liquor store within the shop ... a bit odd but that how it seems to be here. Java house and even better Diritto cafe also on ground floor.... The drinks and deserts at Diritto are obacenely luxurious and taste even better than they look. As for Java Housex, their Swahili fish curry is excellent as is their creamy chicken soup. However their Dania Chicken is a big let down .. utterly tasteless. This shopping mall is within about 5 minutes walk from the Double Tree by Hilton. There is also a Chinatown within about 10 minutes walk...looked interesting but I was not adventurous enough tonight try any of the Chinese restaurants. The restaurants in the food court are a big let down ... I have tried a rib eye steak and it would have been good enough to use to resole my shoes.. partly because Kenyan beef is naturally tough but mainly because they tend to cook it to death. There is an Airtel where one can buy airtime for Safaricom and the young lady in the shop is a million times more welcoming and efficient than the staff in the Safaricom shop on the first floor. Also on first floor there is a bank and a money changer but it appears the money changer has relocated ... bank does currency exchange but it takes for even and their rates for non customers is pretty bad...

The highlight here is the very huge Naivas Foodmarket, which is well-stocked with everything from fresh produce and groceries to household essentials and imported goods. It’s spacious, organized, and one of the best supermarkets in Nairobi. For dining, you can always count on Java House for great meals, coffee, and a relaxed atmosphere. If you’re looking for quality home electronics and appliances, Mika Appliances has you covered. Beyond that, there are very many, many more stores offering fashion, beauty, lifestyle, and specialty products, making it a true one-stop destination for all your shopping and leisure needs. The mall also has good parking facilities, a clean and safe environment, and a vibrant yet relaxed atmosphere that makes every visit enjoyable. Prestige Plaza is simply the most practical, convenient, and complete shopping mall in Kilimani, perfectly balancing variety, accessibility, and comfort.
