Excellent Technogym equipment, spacious layout, and access to a fantastic 25m heated pool with a good variety of classes. Feels more premium than most other gyms in Nairobi. But massive complaints: worst customer experience, unpleasant unprofessional staff, forced to subscribe for at least 3 months, and the pool is filthy with broken tiles.
