  Horrendous - do not use this gym. All the positive reviews are written by Mercy and her team of the most unpleasant, unprofessional and downright nasty people you will ever come across. The pool is FILTHY, truly truly disgusting and filled with friends of management while the people who are there to swim properly are told to share one lane. Locker rooms are equally disgusting - no cleaning, dirty and filled with staff hanging out on their phones. The sign up process which takes hours is just an excuse to gain access to ALL your personal details, passports, account details, addresses - extremely sketchy amounts of information to use a gym. Don't be fooled by a quick 3 minute walk brhote thru demand 18k/month. There is a reason why they don't allow a trial pass - if they did no one would sign up. Awful in every possible way.

  If I could give zero stars I would. This was the worst customer experience I’ve ever had at a gym anywhere in the world. Such a stark contrast to the Excelent service I’m used to getting in Kenya. I asked for a refund within 72 hours because of how poorly they treated my partner and they have been giving me excuses as to why they are not able to process the refund for nearly a month. After reading all the other back reviews I realize It may or may not be the staffs fault at the front desk - it appears leadership is likely terrible there starting from the top down (ownership). Once they refund my payment I’ll consider taking down this review. (It’s the only negative review I’ve ever written on google).

  W Exclusive offers excellent Technogym equipment, a spacious layout, and access to a fantastic 25m heated pool, along with a good variety of classes. Overall, it feels more premium than most other gyms in Nairobi. However, the membership experience is let down by mediocre hygiene and cleanliness, a strong push towards personal training, and a poor service culture—including management—that does not quite match the exorbitant price point.

  The machines are good and the space is big, but the conditions are terrible. You are forced to subscribe for at least 3 months, even though you would wish to just subscribe monthly. This makes sense considering many people are not in Nairobi for an indefinite amount of time. They promise you can freeze it when you travel, but then only for a month and only once and there are fees for that and you have to prove by showing a place ticket. They also ask you for your visa - I do not understand this distrust/need for private costumer data. Also it has happened to me more than once that there were no bracelets for the lockers, the parking validating is not working or the power goes out and stays out for 15 minutes. It can really mess up your workout if you are using the treadmill or the pool, which is small so you might not have room to swim and have to wait anyway. They offered two or three personal training sessions, but my trainer was multitasking with other costumers and cancelled last minute more than once. Also insisted on having the sessions in the middle of the day when most people are of course working. I do not recommend. The showers could be warmer and it looks like all the hangers in them are being removed for no reason? It is a really expensive gym for this type of inflexibility and bad costumer care. I will not be renewing for sure.

  Never heard a fitness center needs work permit to get registered, even indicating my residence ID number is not enough. Maybe the environment is good, but will not come again! The reception just want to get a trainer for you😃, and sit down for nothing, such a horrible experience, just wasting my time🤯
