    Looking for professional fitness services? This is the place to be, spacious and quite friendly people. Weight loss, general fitness, rehabilitation, boxing, kids boxing among others.

    Nice but not worth the money. The good. 1. Lovely staff and good personal trainers. 2. Everyone is respectful and friendly. 3. Very clean. Lots of attention to detail in terms of cleanliness. They keep cleaning materials everywhere, and the place is spotless. Equipment is also well maintained. The bad 1. Costs 8000 KES per month. 2. Closed 1pm Saturday, all day Sunday, AND every single public holiday. (Even the last minute ones.)
