    Can't find a befitting adjective so I'll just go with AWESOME! Definitely the best experience I've had at any any spa, anywhere in the world. Totally worth it. Can't wait to see them expand. :)

    I really looked forward to it. I had booked weeks prior for a 2pm session. We were also welcomed warmly with some juice and cold fruity delight which we liked. It was my birthday so I had dinner later at 5pm which I had informed the host. The massage started an hour later and it was okay. After, I had chosen the package where I was to soak in the tub. The tub was quarterly filled with water and not filled. Apparently there was a water issue, where the tap was dry. My question was, why would they knowingly, let me go to the tub and they knew there's no water and no one informed me when I came in. There's a tap right there at the tab, which made me think water will be filled when I go in. Also a dead centipede was present which I was told is irritating to your skin if it bites you. Which made me think the water was not fresh. I didn't pay for the full package, but paid for the massage. A heads up though, would have been appreciated.

    Inside Out Spa is a truly special place. The space is so unique – full of nature, art, and creative touches that make you feel calm the moment you arrive. It's more than a spa, it's an experience. The massage was amazing, the staff are warm and professional, and the host is super cool and welcoming. I loved the fresh watermelon drink after my treatment – such a nice touch! I left feeling relaxed, happy, and inspired. A must-visit in Malindi!
