    Gym rocks is like a home, I started my bodybuilding here. The staff there are very welcoming and are always available in case you need help at anytime. It is equipped well enough for you to really get those workouts going plus they now also offer cardio sessions like dancing etc that have been really great. Not for me though 😂. The people training there are really friendly and it feels like everybody knows everybody, which fosters a great environment for you to thrive and become more consistent in the gym. You're welcome at gym rocks. We are basically a very big diverse family over there. Located at Kasarani, Sunton. Close to Sunton Business Centre

    One of the best gym in kasarani area, just one minute walk from Sunton stage. Helpful trainers, fully equipped and wonderful music system. You will work your heart out and get healthy. Visit Gym Rocks when you are around kasarani
