    This was a very disappointing hotel experience. Everything was just okay at first. But once we got to the rooms, there WAS NO WATER FOR BATHING. I requested them to then boil some which they refused. The sheets were also not very clean and I can complain about a million little things. But the most important is that you will not bathe if you sleep in this place. Don't be fooled.

    It's setting befits it's location. Quite affordable guest rooms. Quality meals assured. Inviting staff. Park serenity makes the ambience unique.

    Good place for a long distance traveller between Nairobi and Mombasa to take a break, freshen up and even sleep. Most of the staff are helpful and courteous. The food was great and the sleeping facilities acceptable. The fact that all the eating places within the facility serve alcohol make it child unfriendly. The lady manager (Lucy)'s poor attitude to customers about the issue doesn't help matters
