Service is painfully slow and the place is often empty and dirty, with staff who take 30 minutes to even acknowledge you're there. Save yourself the frustration and go literally anywhere else in Eldoret.

A serious contender for worst service in Eldoret. Went in one evening when it was mostly empty. The floor was dirty (with leaves) and the chairs and booth had not been arranged. Waited for 30 minutes...
