The resort has been excellent for a couple of years having a great location and peaceful atmostphere. Recently, I was wondering why the staff demeanor and level of service had taken a turn for the worse. It seems the hotels new management is enacting changes throughout the hotel leading to some luck lustre service. Pointers, the housekeeping cleaning team needs to step up. Nonetheless, thanks to Juliet and her team for always making our stay memorable every time.

The location is very serene surrounded by huge indigenous trees. Great atmosphere and warm service. They have conference halls for meetings. The rooms are clean and neat. They also have laundry and dry cleaning services at very fair rates.
