  Overpriced, tasteless and stale food. Ordered a croissant and 3 coffees. The bill came to Ksh 2000.00! The coffees were flat and lukewarm. The croissant wasn't a croissant. It was just a rolled up baked dough. Horrible. Never again. What a rip off. Staff are so rude and uncooperative. I'll make sure I advice all my friends of staying away. As the airport, stick to Jave and Jambo Restaurant. Just avoid Paul Cafe all together. Imagine the impression you give to foreigners. It was just daylight robbery. I've eaten better food at roadside kiosks.😡

  The Paul caffe near terminal 1A .Ordered chips masala , chips plain and a cold beer.There were 3 staff members at the time .one was the barista it seemed ,the other was standing and the service lady .The beer was placed on the counter ,the service lady went to put out rubbish ,you would think the others would help her deliver the beer but no ,after observing for a minute we opted for self service . The food was delivered ,chips were hard ,chips masala dnt even think about it and cold !! We later on decided to buy tea ,by then the barista on the photo was sitting,he was asked to come and prepare and he mumbled “tell them to stop eating”in Swahili .The lady cashier looked at us and we locked eyes in disbelief. As the service lady was clearing tables ,I opted to get the tea as it was placed on the counter ,the cashier lady deliver ed the last hot chocolate with the saucers for other teas but there was no place to put them ...had to stop her ,picked up the 3plates of stone left over chips and placed them on the other table to create room . After this the barista had the audacity to continue talking shit thinking we could not hear .On the bill they indicated chips with coleslaw.What coleslaw???a cucumber and tomato in the name of coleslaw or did I miss something . These staff need retraining on customer service and their attitude .Wouldnt recommend this place to anyone if there was a way ,I would have given zero rating .Sorry but not sorry

  Before you fly out, you should come to Paul Caffe and appreciate a coffee, some nice croissants, or sensational warm cuisine. My personal recommendation is the curry with chicken, some veggies and cashews - which is served with rice. Absolutely delicious! Service is friendly, prices fair, and clients are here from all over the world!

  Seems that there is more than one outlet of Paul Caffe here at the airport - I was in the smallish Paul Caffe Domestic, in Terminal 1D. I was pleasently surprised by how fresh food was and the broad choice of the menu. The chips I had were nicely seasoned and fluffy inside, very nice. Service was prompt and polite. Prices were not terrible.

  Had a couple of hours to waste before checking in. Paul cafe had a few vacant tables outside so decided to give them a try. Food was OK, nothing amazing. Highlight was the lemon and ginger drink, even though it was a hot drink on a hot day, it was surprisingly good.
