Service was wanting, had to request to be served. They don't seem understaffed - it just seems like they're used to clients that don't want to be checked on. We were 1 adult, 1 elderly, 1 infant and 1 toddler.

What terrible service. I came withy partner and kids. They brought the kids food and by the time they had eaten our food had still not arrived. They brought my partner's food and by the time she was finished my food had still not arrived 😭 It took several attempts to order in the first place. We ordered several things on the menu only to be told the thing like pizza and chicken is for illustration purposes only. It defeats the purpose of a menu to have things on there that they don't even sell. As you can see from the picture NO FOOD STILL !!!

I got the eggs and potatoes meal which was very fairly priced but left a lot to be desired with regard to flavor. I also asked for the WiFi password three times and it never worked for me. The iced latte was very good though, and was priced well.

Java House Valley Arcade, located on Gitanga Road within the Valley Arcade Shopping Mall in Nairobi, offered a welcoming atmosphere I think is ideal for both solo visits and group gatherings. The café features a clean, well-arranged outdoor seating area, providing a pleasant environment for patrons. During our brunch visit, we ordered a chicken wrap with fries and crepes. The service was prompt, and despite the presence of many patrons, the attentive staff ensured our family group was well catered to. The portions were generous, and the dishes were flavorful, exceeding our expectations. Java House Valley Arcade is particularly suitable for quick coffee breaks or light meals, whether alone or with friends. The café's extensive menu includes a variety of options, such as sandwiches, wraps, salads, and burgers, catering to diverse tastes. To sum up my thoughts, Java House Valley Arcade provides a delightful combination of excellent food, efficient service, and a comfortable setting. It's a recommended spot for anyone seeking a quick bite or a relaxing coffee experience in the area. Will look forward to returning when in the vicinity.
