  Galito's operates over 210 outlets in 17 countries. It was founded by former Nando's franchisee Louis Germishuys. Germishuys decided to establish his own flame-grilled chicken restaurant. Germishuys founded Galito's in 1996 after previously being a Nando's franchisee.The chain has restaurants in Canada, Kenya, Malaysia, Pakistan, the UAE, Kazakhstan, India, South Africa, Serbia, Zambia, Malawi and Bangladesh.

  Trust this goes to Galitos TRM. On sunday 28/9/25, we went there and made an order, After we kept on checking as we were told the minutes it will take, The food was still not ready. We actually went to the counter for about 3 times, after more than 45 minutes of waiting, we went again and took the receipt trying to look for the order only for them to realize, they had packed it and not a dine in as requested. We got cold food which was also burnt. Kindly tell the lady at the counter not to attend to multiple people because she was busy serving so many people at the same time and placed our order wrongly as take away. Nasty food ,Very unprofessional lady and poor service experience. kindly improve and visit your Garden city branch and see what a good meal and proper service looks like.

  I recently dined at Galito's TRM, and I was thoroughly impressed. As soon as I walked in, the mouthwatering aroma of flame-grilled chicken greeted me, setting the stage for a fantastic meal. I decided to try their signature dish, the Galito’s chicken, and it did not disappoint. Marinated for 24 hours in a special blend of spices, the chicken was incredibly tender and juicy, with a delightful smoky flavor. The menu had plenty of options, including wraps and burgers, but I was especially drawn to the spicy rice and coleslaw as sides. The peri-peri sauce added just the right amount of heat, elevating the experience. The atmosphere was casual and inviting, perfect for a laid-back meal with friends or family. The staff was friendly and attentive, ensuring I had everything I needed. What I appreciated most was the reasonable pricing for such quality food. Overall, Galito's TRM exceeded my expectations, and I left feeling satisfied and eager to return. If you’re in the mood for flavorful grilled chicken in a lively setting, I highly recommend checking it out it's my go to place.

  Chicken/ Pizza Inn ( Galitos) A chicken and pizza Inn located at TRM ground floor at the main entrance. Though the name most people are familiar with is Chicken Inn, the name is similar to the other franchise by the same name. They have awesome customer service and are very receptive to the customer. If you raise an issue it is promptly addressed with a smile. Vegetarian foods limited but several salad selections are available. But their chicken rates as healthy as it is grilled rather than fried and it takes heavenly too.
