  I have just been discriminated against when ordering online(Galito's app) and going physically for collection. I patiently waited as the counter lady took new orders. When one customer presented a receipt(assumably for an in-store order) they were presented with their order. Seeing that i sought the lady's attention and was rudely asked to wait for a minute. The lady was then intent on finishing up with taking new orders and serving all the ready in-store orders before giving me my order which had been ready for more than five minutes. When i finally received my order i asked whether the lady didnt like her job and if she did why she was acting like that? She simply said that was since mine was an online order. This happened at City Mall Branch Mombasa. It was a lady serving in a black top. This very night. Needless to say I didnt enjoy my meal. I have made a call, posted on your instagram page and made a call to yourselves(Dial a Depivery). Still awaiting feedback in spite of numerous follow ups. Made the complaint at 7:30pm today. Does this mean one should not order online??? Is it discouraged?? I have not received any feedback in spite of several calls to dial a delivery and posting on your instagram page(Kenya). It makes me wonder if its because of my ethnic background or is there no training or manners in the people at the counter?? I HIGHLY discourage anyone with self respect to visit.

  The chicken is delicious only with the sauce, therfore I would recommend that the galitos sauces are provided as part of the takeaway in sachet format. You can not enjoy that chicken without the sauce at home if you order takeaway. They can also probably do better with faster payment counter service.

  Best fries and grilled chicken in town. Their sauces are just to die for... my co-foodie couldn't help self to the various flavours on offer. They have great services and very quiet environment and Very hygienic. Good sitting space and parking area.
