Very poor customer service. The delivery was pathetic! That Halima lady should be taught what customer service entails. Our order was for 30 mins or less they keep tossing us 7 more mins again 5 more mins. Why can't you just say a hour we wait . Then being corrected she knows how to pull her mouth. If at all I wouldn't recommend this station. Pathetic.

I had a terrible experience at Creamy Inn, Ola Petrol Station Westlands. The manager personally asked me to deliver a machine from another branch, but when I arrived, she refused to pay for the transport as agreed and became extremely abusive — almost getting physical. Completely unprofessional behavior from someone representing the brand. I hope Creamy Inn management investigates this because no one should be treated that way.

I was in Nairobi May, 2023 and my friend said, you need to try Chicken Inn..I was like ok, lets do it. Being from the US, Home of KFC and Popeyes, i thought I would give it a try. I loved it!!! Better than KFC and Popeyes!!! i am coming back in September, so you will definitely see me there a few times!!!

It is a must-visit establishment, particularly after a night of revelry, as it offers a convenient 24-hour service to satisfy your cravings. The restaurant has been expanded, providing a more spacious environment, and the interior design has been tastefully updated, creating an inviting and enjoyable atmosphere.

But can we just talk about how juicy their chicken is! Absolutely well done, with a mild spicy taste, hot chips and great service. Loved my meal 🍟🍗❤ Went back there once more and the chicken was absolutely delicious, and super hot! As in yoo I don't think I'll ever be ordering deliveries, the experience of devouring the chicken when it's hot and spicy can't be topped!! 😁😁
