  The service is very slow the waiters seem not to notice customers seated waiting for service ... it’s our second time here but there is no improvement. They need to acknowledge a new customer coming in. I don’t want to be impolite but the establishment needs to update their menus and inform the waiters because they seem clueless what on and what’s not. In overall the staff are very friendly and the atmosphere is pleasant.

  We had a poor experience at this branch today. Despite the restaurant not being busy, we had to call the waiter several times just to place our order. The food took much longer than expected to arrive, and when it finally did, it was served cold. Even after raising our concerns, the staff were not remorseful and offered no effort to make things right. For a place like Artcaffe, the service and food quality were far below expectations. Disappointed!

  Stylish setting, but cocktails crawl to your table. Artcaffé Kitengela has the ambiance down elegant décor, great lighting, and a vibe that promises a good time. Unfortunately, the service speed doesn’t match the mood. I ordered cocktails expecting a quick, refreshing start to the evening. Instead, I waited so long I considered switching to water and calling it a night. The bar staff seemed overwhelmed or underprepared. No updates, no apologies just silence and a painfully slow pour. When the drinks finally arrived, they looked decent but tasted rushed, ironically. The mojito lacked balance, and the margarita was more ice than flavor. It’s frustrating because the place has potential. But if you’re coming for cocktails, be prepared to wait... and wait. This isn’t a one off experience either friends have echoed the same issue. Artcaffé needs to tighten up its bar service. A cocktail shouldn’t take longer than a meal, and guests shouldn’t have to chase servers for updates. Until then, it’s hard to recommend this spot for a proper evening out.

  On a chilly Sunday 10th August morning I visited the restaurant I ordered a meal and some cappuccino to kick start my day the first cup came with hair on top of the froth design I called the waitress to show her the cup she took the cup hurriedly and took it to the barrister. When he was informed of the hair present in the coffee I could hear him say mamamamah! Another cup was made for compensation but at no point was an apology offered or hinted. It’s like business as usual.😩
