Food is good, most staff are decent and very helpful. Today we had a very absent minded waitress. She didn't bring the drinks ordered and got the food order wrong. Thankfully my first experience was good... but to spend 9000 Ksh on the wrong order was very upsetting, she didn't apologize and proceeded to send another waitress to receive payment. Very poor show for an otherwise good establishment.

Robot Cafe is a fantastic, family-friendly venue that my kids absolutely loved. The robot experience was truly exceptional and kept the children captivated throughout our entire visit. It is a wonderfully unique and nice place that we highly recommend for a fun family day out.

Had a late lunch at Robot Cafe in Lana Plaza, Kileleshwa, and it did not disappoint! I ordered the red snapper, which was the highlight of the meal. Fresh, perfectly cooked, and packed with flavor. The fish was beautifully seasoned, every bite was enjoyable. Beyond the food, the service was excellent. The staff were friendly, attentive, and struck that perfect balance of being available without being intrusive. A great spot if you're looking for well-prepared seafood and a relaxed dining experience. I'll definitely be back to explore more of the menu.

The cafe is delightfully designed with a soft-colored ambience, spacious seating arrangement and calming background music. When it comes to the service, Grace and Hillary offered friendly, efficient and very helpful service (as well as the other team members). I ordered the Tea Scone and Latte which were both freshly made and absolutely delicious! I highly recommend Robot Cafe for a pleasant and worthwhile dining experience...

Enjoyed my experience at the robot cafeThe food was really good. I don’t know why I waited so long to even go and try it. The spaghetti Gorgonzola was slapping. I don’t know if I spelt it correctly but you should definitely try it when you go to the restaurant and the other items were good also so I’m gonna go back soon hopefully.

Robot Cafe is a fun, modern spot with great coffee and friendly service. The vibe is relaxed and perfect for coffee meetups or casual work sessions. Robot Cafe has a wide range of tasty meals that caters for diverse occasion; from breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The space is clean, inviting, and you get to have a robot serve you. Worth a visit for good coffee and chill energy.

Service is excellent. I just found it strange that immediately you seat, the waiters shove tablets in front of the kids without even asking the parents if it's okay. We try to minimize screentime so I think it's polite to ask the adults first or at least offer a different activity like coloring or puzzles etc. The menu is really difficult and annoying to use. Three adults at the table and we all had the same opinion. The kiddie meals were good especially the mini burgers. They also serve complementary starters which was really good even the kids enjoyed. I ordered a pasta that was really dry but the chef graciously took it back and fixed it. Overall a great place to take kids.
