  I had a very disappointing experience with Cake City TRM. After placing an order, I requested that it be transferred to Cake City CBD and was told they would confirm. I received no feedback and had to follow up myself, only to be told it was accepted. On the pickup day, Cake City CBD had no information about the transfer because Cake City TRM had failed to communicate. My calls to TRM went unanswered, and the CBD staff had to step in to resolve the issue. I won’t be buying from Cake City TRM again due to the unprofessional service. However, Yvonne at Cake City CBD went out of her way to help, and her customer service deserves recognition. Cake City CBD should give her her flowers.

  The cakes are amazing as usual but the customer service, professionalism of the staff and rudeness when speaking to people on calls was sth else. The communication between the team was not streamlined at all. You agree on sth with one of them and find all the others have no idea and you’re there looking stupid. I literally had to find a solution for myself to them and hope they delivered as so. It’s as if clients are punished for liking the brand. For now, I would recommend taking your coins to the Westlands branch till they get professional service staff who value return customers.

  We ordered our wedding cake from Cake City TRM and honestly, I had no stress about the cake at all. Irene served us so well from day one – she made us feel comfortable, guided us on the right size for our guests, ensured our sampling cake was delivered in time, and even followed up on our choices. On the wedding day, the cake was delivered on time, and after returning the stands, our deposit was refunded quickly. The cake itself was very sweet (you should definitely try their passion flavor). My only suggestion would be to refine the decoration a bit more to look closer to the inspo designs, but overall, they did not fail me. Highly recommend!

  I have been ordering corporate cakes at cake city TRM since January and they have been giving me the best. I really like how accurate they are on details, cost friendly and top notch customer care.

  This cake was simply scrumptious!! I was overtaken by events, and needed a cake stat. My sister directed me to Cake City, and I did not regret it. Went through their menu online, and asked little lady what cake she wanted. So we looked through the cakes with a 2-6hr time limit, and she went for the white forest. When we called, the line went through to the Westlands branch, but they co-ordinated with the TRM branch to make sure I got the cake. The staff are welcoming, polite and professional. This will be my cake destination every time! Can't wait to try the cheese & caramel one (please consider having these in pieces too. Thanks). Kudos Cake City!
