I had a beautiful evening at Artisan Blend Kilimani,from the ambience to the prompt service and even the presentation. Special thanks to our waiter Larry who ensured we didn’t wait for our orders, the service team went an extra mile to make my birthday dinner memorable, it’s one thing to have a nice cafe and another to feel comfortable, happy and catered for. Value for money, Excellent customer service and Great Ambience, I’d definitely recommend and will definitely be back!

I had an absolutely amazing experience at Artisan Blend. The food was exceptional, the ambience was beautiful, and the service was outstanding from start to finish. Every member of staff was warm, professional, and attentive, which made the experience even more enjoyable. I would especially like to recognize Bashir for his exceptional service. He was friendly, attentive, knowledgeable, and made me feel genuinely welcome. His professionalism and attention to detail truly stood out and elevated our dining experience. Thank you to the entire team for making my visit so memorable. I will definitely be returning and highly recommend Artisan Blend to anyone looking for great food, a wonderful atmosphere, and top-notch service. Very nice place for brunch and great atmosphere. Good coffee and matcha, definitely worth getting. The beef burger is good, but could do with pickle and/or something to jazz up the red cabbage. Eggs Benedict very good, but ask if you want it runny. Fries and crispy potatoes were very good. Haven't tried the Somali food options, but they look very promising!

I worked from Artisan Blend Kilimani for the day and loved it. Their tea selection is incredible so we definitely had more cups than planned and the free cookies kept flowing. For lunch we tried the Somali menu (hilib with rice and chicken suqaar with chapati) and the portions were very generous and delicious. Later in the evening, the karak chai, cookies, and dates were a lovely touch. It does get noisier towards the evening, likely because of iftar crowds, so schedule any meetings earlier in the day when it’s quieter. Our server (Denis) was fantastic and made the experience even better. Highly recommend for work, tea, and hearty meals.

Had such a good experience at Artisan Blend! At first, we honestly considered leaving because the area we were seated in felt a bit overcrowded with staff traffic. But once we moved to the outside seating, the atmosphere completely changed and felt so much more relaxed. The service was amazing! I forgot our waiter’s name (so sorry 😭), but Rick deserves a special mention... he was such an incredible photographer and really made our experience even better. Big up! 🫶 Also love that they don’t close early that’s such a plus. Would definitely recommend!
