East Africa's first Catholic chapel, built in 1502, with a small cemetery and Vasco da Gama history. It's a quick visit but full of historical weight. Go if you're in Malindi and want context on early coastal history.

Second time visit. Always interesting to see the church, graves and get the history of Vasco Da Gama and the Priest.
A very good Historical Sites... The first church in whole of East Africa..
The chapel is a very small building. Inside there isnt much to see. Around the chapel there are some graves. Its a historic side. Its a shame that next to the chapel a huge building is constructed.
