  Was recommended by some of my friends around Kilifi, I enjoyed the services from here, the good food on order & customer satisfaction. I didn't mind the location cos I've always wanted a secluded environment. The rooms are kempt & kept clean from time to time during my stay. I would recommend anyone to go and have their stay there, you can always come back to this comment & agree 🤝🥰

  The service for this place is Horrible! The rooms are just mediocre and the location is not close to main road. The pool is small the building needs renovation and poorly maintained. The owner changed prices after reservation, the staff is not well trained with constant miscommunication. They were extremely rude and arrogant even when we tried to resolve it. If you’re looking for a place to stay save yourself some trouble and find another place. ETA( Edited To Add) The roof was leaking for the rooms on the top floor. The review is to help you improve so this doesn’t happen to someone else. There is a reason why you have low occupancy in your “hotel”.

  The location is far from the main road on an all weather road. The rooms are not standard. It was an apartment block that's been turned to a hotel. As such there are pipes next to beds and switches that don't belong. The owners have done a poor job at training their employees on pricing. As such you'll be greeted with a higher bill than initially mentioned. The same owners are also quite rude when trying to resolve these issues. They need to improve their abysmal facilities and customer service as it's a pure waste of your time unless you're desperate to find somewhere to lay your head. This place is a no go zone for the sensible traveler. ETA(Edited to ADD) The owners have copy and pasted the same response across several reviews without addressing the issues directly

  An okay place to stay in Kilifi. The location is great as it's just a walking distance to the ocean. But the apartments are a bit run down. The water was very hard to shower with, and the rooms were generally just okay. I'd recommend staying here if you're only sleeping and spending your time elsewhere during daytime. There isn't any restaurant close as well.

  Ok accommodation, rather pay something extra and enjoy the comfort of the bigger rooms instead of the cheaper ones. Service... I think they are trying their best. Value for money is good. Expectations should remain realistic.
